These 6 week courses are suitable for total beginners or those returning from a break from pilates.
The courses will take you from absolute beginners basics such as postural awareness through the key movements and fundamental principles of pilates to the use of various equipment to enhance or vary your practice. Learn how to understand what your body is saying to you and how you can redress the bodies bad habits to help you move more easily , reduce the risk of injury and feel more at peace with the world.
These classes have limited numbers so you can be sure of individual attention and are progressive, building each week on what you have learnt before starting from the absolute basics of postural correction through the principles of pilates to more demanding moves. If you are unable to make a week, you will receive a clip which will help you stay focussed and up to date with the course.
At the end of 6 weeks you should feel comfortable to join in any class feeling confident in your knowledge and effectiveness.
