This is a slow and steady class working with light weights through the principles of pilates to encourage weight bearing which in turns leads to Better Bones
There is mostly standing work but there can be some matwork. The weights you use will be completely dependent on you. You should find 10 repetitions of the exercises challenging but doable. I often use a set of exercises which will involve the whole body thereby being time efficient. The emphasis in pilates is on good form so it’s all about control.
