Pilates helps so many people not only to reduce and even eliminate back pain, but also to get more active. You will move with ease and enjoyment and improve sporting performance in whatever field you are in from golf, tennis to running or cycling.
You will understand and connect with your body and it will respond better to the requests you make of it.
You will learn new movement patterns, how to stretch and how to strengthen.
