What could I talk about at Bridgwater’s Breakfast Club in November 2018 – Wellbeing for Entrepreneurs?

Well everyone knows what you should do to stay fit and well. Move more, eat less, sleep better and reduce stress. So why don’t we do it? It is a case of shifting our priorities! You have to understand the value of doing the right thing.

Take something as simple as breathing.

How do you breathe? Should you breathe differently and if so why?

 

It can helps develop a strong respiratory system, reduce shoulder and neck pain and switch off the often overloaded stress response.
