Can anyone do pilates?   Yes!

There are seated pilates classes if you find standing a challenge –  or simply worried about getting up and down off the floor. Managing   a hip replacements (or strengthening in anticipation of one? ) , shoulder issues, weak foot and ankle problems, knee joint pain, fibromyalgia, MS. You can still be in control of your body and exercise around your condition.
The moves are modified but the principles are the same – working from inside out stabilising through the core and redistributing the  pressure away from the joints. Keep and improve the mobility you do have and improve your strength, posture and balance!  Mix with others and share the fun!
