Concerned about a hip replacement?
Meet Charlotte who had a successful hip replacement a couple of years ago.
Top Tips:
1. Get it done when needed. Don’t wait for the joint to degenerate so badly , it makes successful replacement difficult.
2. Keep the muscles in the hip and leg strong BEFORE the op.
3. Get moving as quickly as possible afterwards and DO the exercises you are given.
