Keeping you fit and flexible, Mel will lead you through an hour of Yoga to leave you feeling nourished and refreshed in mind and body!
Practising yoga can give you improved strength in body and mind, increased flexibility, a growing sense of vitality and wellbeing, easing of bodily aches and pains, relief from stress and stress related conditions, increased sense of peace, calmness and positivity.
