DJ Pilates Fitness & Wellbeing brings a new class to Bridgwater – Tai Chi as an addition to our already popular classes.
This ancient Chinese tradition is practised as a form of gentle and flowing exercise, helping balance, movement, coordination and releasing stress.
Find peace, calm and focus whilst practising the fluid and ancient Chinese movements.
These exercises can help you maintain clear thought processes and prevent falls.
Tai Chi is a slow, measured and controlled way of moving based on the Chinese culture of preventative therapy rather than the Western approach of curing or reacting to ill health.
Initially, there will be two taster sessions starting 16th and 23rd March Friday afternoons 1.45-2.30pm at Fox King Dance Academy.
Cost for 2 sessions will be £10. To book your place please contact us.
No special clothing or footwear required.
