1. Keep hydrated and avoid heatstroke.

Especially if you are working or exercising outside, be aware that dehydration and heatstroke go together. Dehydration occurs as people lose electrolyte in body fluids through sweat but often only replace with water.If dehydration becomes so severe, people cannot produce sweat to cool themselves down and the temperature rises which can make you feel quite ill.

2. Keep that food cool and cooking areas clean!

Any food from a potato salad mix left out at a buffet to a packed lunch not keeping cool for long enough to the infamous BBQ trots, it pays to be especially careful in this hot weather to follow 4 main rules; Cook well, Clean utensils and areas as soon as possible thoroughly, Chill what needs to be chilled to keep it cool not to make it cool and last don’t forget not to mix raw meat utensils with those used for cooked foods.

3. Sunburn.

We all like to get a tan and this weather is just amazing for us but being outside with insufficient protection can hurt our eyes and definitely hurts our skin so hats, sunglasses and lashings of sun cream are the order of the day!
